Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us today. With a schedule as packed as yours — filming dramas, shooting commercials, recording music, and performing at concerts — we'd love to know what a real day off actually looks like for you. What do you get up to on those days?"

On days off, I tend to choose a pace that allows me to slow down — staying home to play games or listen to music, or heading out with my camera to capture whatever scenery catches my eye along the way. These seemingly ordinary things help me decompress, step away from the busyness, and reconnect with the texture of everyday life.

My little ritual is probably going through my photo albums. Behind each photograph is a different story, a different memory — it feels like being reunited with a particular moment in time.

在没有工作安排的日子里，你会如何度过这 24 小时？有哪些生活习惯或小小的仪式感能让你最感到“自在做自己”？

没有工作的日子我会选择一种让自己慢下来的节奏，比如宅在家里打打游戏、听听音乐，或是出门转转，用相机随手记录沿途的风景，这些看似平常的小事，能让我更好地放松，从忙碌中抽离出来，更自在地感受生活本身的质地。

小小的仪式感大概就是整理相册吧，每张照片背后都有不同的故事和记忆，就很像是和过去的某段时光重逢。

Music and photography are both close to your heart. If you had to choose one song to represent your current state of mind, which would it be — and why? Also, of all the photos you have taken, which one are you most proud of?

I would choose "Everlasting Dreams." The song speaks of a perseverance that cannot be worn down by time — and that steadfast devotion to one's dreams is something that has carried me forward throughout my journey. The word "Everlasting" captures a state I hope to always hold within myself: never giving up on what I love, never wavering on the path beneath my feet, and keeping that belief constant no matter what challenges arise.

As for photography — while filming "Love is Panacea," I was playing around with the camera between takes and happened to capture an unexpected shot of a young actor in a beautiful interplay of light and shadow. It was a complete accident, but it turned out to be one of my favorite photographs I have ever taken.

You transitioned from a professional ballet dancer to a multifaceted actor and singer. How has the rigorous discipline instilled by your ballet background shaped your work ethic and professionalism throughout your career? And how important do you believe that kind of self-discipline is to achieving long-term success?

My experience in dance didn't just train my physical control — it quietly forged a professional instinct within me, one that refuses to settle for "almost good enough." That standard of excellence has carried through into every decision I've made as an actor and a singer.

Talent may determine where you begin, but self-discipline determines how far you go. It is an inner strength — one that keeps me choosing to push forward even when no one is watching.

从一名职业芭蕾舞演员转型为全方位发展的演员与歌手，芭蕾舞背景所赋予您的严苛自律，是如何塑造您演艺生涯中的职业道德与敬业精神的？在您看来，这种自律对于取得长期的成就究竟有多重要？

舞蹈的经历不仅磨炼了我对身体的掌控力，也在潜移默化地塑造一种职业本能，不允许自己有“差一点”的想法，这种严苛要求也贯穿在了我做演员和歌手的每个选择里。天赋或许决定起点，但自律决定能走多远，它是一种内在的力量，支撑着我即使在无人看见的地方，也依然选择坚持。

You once said that acting is "living as someone else." Which role has made you most completely step away from being Luo Yunxi? And once filming wrapped, how did you find your way back to yourself?

When I act, I give myself over to the character entirely. For the duration of filming, I live fully within the role. During my time playing Tang Lici in "Shuilong Yin," I was almost completely immersed in his world — sharing in his joys and sorrows, feeling his obsessions, his solitude, his inner struggles, and touching the warmth that existed beneath his surface.

I think of actors as people who make brief stays in different lives. Early in my career, it would take a long time to find my footing again after a project wrapped. Now, I can say goodbye more gently — not by cutting ties completely, but by separating myself from the character and allowing him to continue living in a parallel world, while I carry the memories of that experience back into my own life and work. And these completely different experiences also allow me to better interpret each role in the future.

您曾说过演戏是“以他人的身份生活”。哪一个角色让您最彻底地“告别罗云熙”？在杀青脱离角色后，您又是如何重新找回自我的？

其实在演戏的时候我都会将自己全然交付给角色，在拍摄的那一段时间里，我会完全进入到角色本身，就比如在饰演《水龙吟》里的唐俪辞时期，我几乎是完全活在他的世界里，分享他的喜怒哀乐，感受他的执念、孤独、挣扎，触摸他内心的温暖。

我觉得演员是在不同角色里短暂停留，刚入行时杀青后需要很长时间走出来，但现在我可以更从容地告别，不是彻底抽离，而是分离自己和角色，让角色在平行世界继续他的人生，而我带着这段回忆继续回到生活和工作当中,这些截然不同的经历也让我能更好地诠释未来的每一个角色。

Since becoming involved in ecological restoration efforts, what was the moment that truly made you realize that protecting the environment is "everyone's responsibility" — not simply a social duty tied to your public profile?

When I watched trees in the desert slowly take root and spread across the land, I felt with even greater conviction that I should use whatever influence I have to put into practice something truly worthwhile. Protecting the environment has never been the responsibility of any one type of person — it belongs to all of us. Revering nature, safeguarding our ecosystems — there is still a long road ahead.

自参与生态修复工作以来，是哪一个时刻让您真正意识到“保护环境是每个人的责任”，而非仅仅作为公众人物的社会责任？

看到荒漠里的树木一点点扎根、成片生长的时候，我更觉得应当用好自身影响力，去践行这份有价值的事。保护环境从来不是某一类人的任务，而是我们每个人的责任，敬畏自然、守护生态，还有很长的路要走。

Knowing that the "Luo Yunxi Charity Forest" is thriving, what feelings does that bring up for you? And 20 years from now, what do you hope this forest will mean to the next generation?

Looking at the photos and videos of the public welfare forest, I can feel the vitality even through a screen. This is hope that countless people have planted together — a shared act of kindness that has taken root across distances. I feel both moved and deeply honored.

I hope that in 20 years, this forest will stand as a green gift for everyone who comes after — a living reminder of what it means to persist, to revere nature, and to protect the world we share. I hope it inspires more people to carry that spirit of environmental care forward, and to keep it alive.

How do you see the connection between environmental conservation and humanitarian aid?

I believe a healthy natural environment is the foundation of human survival and flourishing. At their core, environmental protection and humanitarian aid share the same underlying logic: one prevents crises at their source, and the other brings warmth in moments of need. Both are expressions of a deep respect for life — and both exist to help more people live with stability, dignity, and beauty.

您认为环境保护与人道救援之间有何关联？

我觉得一个健康的生态环境，是人类生存和生活坚实的基础，环境保护和人道救援的底层逻辑是一样的，一个是从源头预防危机，一个是在关键时刻传递温暖，都是对生命的一种珍视，为了让更多人拥有安稳、美好的生活。

This kind of transformation goes beyond the relationship between an artist and their fans. It is actually changing the world, one forest at a time, one act of help at a time.

To my fans, I want to say: thank you. You have given the act of loving something a gentler, more resilient kind of strength. I hope that in your own lives, wherever you are, you continue to shine and to bring warmth to those around you. Let us keep passing this beauty forward — together.

My future self would say to the me of today: always hold on to what you love. Carry gratitude and kindness in your heart. Do your very best — and I promise, you will become a better version of yourself.

And to my future self, I would like to say: no matter how far you have traveled, never forget why you set out in the first place. Stay curious. Stay in awe. Feel life with genuine passion — and make the most of every ordinary, precious day.
