• What's the difference between watching TrueVisions on a set-top box and watching on TrueVisions NOW app?

  TrueVisions embers can continue enjoying all the same channels and content — movies, series, live sports, documentaries, and cartoons, both Thai and international — plus the ability to watch anytime, anywhere on the TrueVisions NOW app. You'll also get free access to popular streaming platforms like iQIYI, Viu, and WeTV (availability depends on your current TrueVisions package). • How to claim the access to TrueVisions NOW APP?

  Current TrueVisions rental subscribers on Platinum, Gold, Super Family, Sports Family, Smart Family, or Happy Family packages with an active account status (not suspended) can claim their access through the following channels:

  
  

  1. 1. Visit https://www.truevisions.co.th/tvsoffer and select "Claim TrueVisions NOW Access"

  You can claim your access from 16 February 2025 until 31 December 2026.

• How does the access differ between packages?

  Current TrueVisions individual subscribers on packages from Platinum to Happy Family are eligible to claim access, with viewing details varying based on the subscriber's current package:

  
  

  Platinum: Trial access to the same channels as TrueVisions on the TrueVisions NOW app until 31 December 2026. Watch on up to 6 concurrent devices, with up to 10 devices logged in. Also includes free access to iQIYI, Viu, and WeTV for the duration of the promotion (up to 2 concurrent devices per partner app).

  
  

  Gold: Trial access to the same channels as TrueVisions on the TrueVisions NOW app until 31 December 2026. Watch on up to 4 concurrent devices, with up to 7 devices logged in. Also includes free access to iQIYI, Viu, and WeTV for the duration of the promotion (up to 2 concurrent devices per partner app).

  
  

  Super Family: Trial access to the same channels as TrueVisions on the TrueVisions NOW app until 31 December 2026. Watch on up to 2 concurrent devices, with up to 5 devices logged in. • If I've already done TrueVisions Connect and I'm currently watching on the TrueVisions NOW app, what changes when I claim the access?

  By claiming trial access on the TrueVisions NOW app, members unlock a range of additional benefits, including:

  - Special access to 3 popular partner apps — iQIYI, Viu, and WeTV — on the TrueVisions NOW app for the full duration of the promotion*

• Will claiming the trial access affect my viewing on the TrueVisions set-top box?

  Claiming the access to watch content on TrueVisions NOW app does not affect your package viewing on the TrueVisions set-top box. You can continue watching content on your TrueVisions box as usual, while using the TrueVisions NOW app at the same time.

• What happens after the trial access period ends on 31 December 2026?

  If you do not cancel your use of the TrueVisions NOW app after the promotional period ends on 31 December 2026, you will be deemed to have agreed to continue using TrueVisions NOW services. Your billing will shift from your original TrueVisions set-top box package to the equivalent package on the TrueVisions NOW app.

  
  

  You will continue to have access to TrueVisions according to your current package until you notify us of any changes. While your main TrueVisions package billing moves to the TrueVisions NOW app, you will still need to pay for other applicable charges — such as set-top box fees and add-on package fees — to TrueVisions as usual, for as long as you continue watching TrueVisions through these services.

• If I've already claimed the trial access, can I cancel it?

  Yes, members can request cancellation before 31 December 2026 by contacting Call Center 1242 or visiting a True Shop.

  
  

  Note: After requesting cancellation, you can continue using the trial access until 31 December 2026. You will continue watching and paying for your TrueVisions package as before.
