1. Obtaining and Safeguarding the User Account

You agree and acknowledge that:

You must keep your User Account confidential and must not allow any person to use your User Account under any circumstances. 2. Eligibility of TrueVisions NOW Users

You agree and acknowledge that:

You must be an individual (natural person), of any nationality, and you must register to obtain a User Account as specified above.

To use any part of TrueVisions NOW that requires payment of service fees, you must be at least 18 years old.

3. Use of TrueVisions NOW

You agree and acknowledge that:

You may sign in using your User Account on various devices to access TrueVisions Now on up to a maximum of 10 devices. and watch content concurrently on up to a maximum of 4 devices. The number of eligible devices and the number of concurrent streams depend on (i) the terms of each subscribed package and (ii) the type of content/program as permitted to the Company and/or its group companies by the copyright owner or the lawful rightsholder of such content/program. For example, certain content/programs may be accessible on only up to 3 devices and may allow concurrent viewing on only 1 or 2 devices.

You may use TrueVisions NOW through the TrueVisions NOW application on mobile phones, tablets, televisions, and set-top boxes. The viewing channels and supported devices are subject to the terms and conditions of each package.

You may check benefits and entitlements at www.truevisions.co.th or via the TrueVisions NOW application. You acknowledge that the Company has the right to amend or change any benefits at any time, and you may review such amendments or changes via the above website or application.

Channels, content, or programs available on TrueVisions NOW may be changed or discontinued without prior notice, as determined by the copyright owner or the party granting rights to such content/programs/channels.

You may access TrueVisions NOW only within Thailand and/or other countries as determined by the Company.

You may use TrueVisions NOW for private use and for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not use the Company’s services for any commercial purpose under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation, not reproducing, transferring, or otherwise performing any act that is prohibited by law, contrary to law, contrary to public order or good morals, causes damage, or affects or infringes any lawful rights of the Company or any third party.

You must not copy, republish, reproduce, record, transfer, publicly display, reverse engineer, decode, decompile, modify, interfere with, infringe intellectual property rights, or otherwise commit any unlawful act in relation to TrueVisions NOW services or any content/programs, whether in whole or in part.

You must not take any action in relation to TrueVisions NOW, whether in whole or in part, in order to obtain any benefit for yourself from TrueVisions NOW, whether intentionally or unintentionally. This includes, without limitation, buying or selling access codes for TrueVisions NOW content/programs, or buying or selling User Accounts, for the purpose of connecting to TrueVisions NOW in order to enable viewing of TrueVisions NOW content/programs or content/programs allocated specifically for users.

If you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions, or if the Company considers that your use of TrueVisions NOW may cause damage to the Company (directly or indirectly) for any reason, the Company has the right to suspend and/or terminate your User Account immediately without prior notice. You agree that the Company’s decision is final and you will not dispute it. The Company may claim damages and take legal action against you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Use of Your Personal Data

You acknowledge that the Company will collect, process, and use your User Account information, including viewing data, payment information, service access history, and other data arising from your use of TrueVisions NOW, for the performance of the service contract, system administration, improvement of user experience and service quality, and compliance with applicable personal data protection laws.

The Company may use cookies or similar technologies to support system operations, remember usage status, and maintain service security.

5. Service Fees and Payment

You agree and acknowledge that:

Certain parts of TrueVisions NOW may require payment of service fees, and you must pay such fees in order to access those parts. The Company will notify you each time in advance if any service is subject to fees.

You must pay service fees (if any) only through the channels and methods prescribed by the Company.

Once you agree to pay fees to access any service, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, exchange of the paid service for another service, or transfer of the paid service to another User Account under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You agree and acknowledge that the Company owns the copyrights or intellectual property rights, or has lawfully obtained such rights from the copyright owner or rightsholder, in relation to assets appearing in TrueVisions NOW, including, without limitation, software, films, series, articles, images, and other content.

7. Restrictions on Use of TrueVisions NOW

You agree and acknowledge that you must use TrueVisions NOW only in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed by the Company.

8. Indemnification

You agree and acknowledge that if, through negligence or intent, you use any part of TrueVisions NOW in a manner that causes damage to the image, reputation, or any other damage to the Company and/or the Company’s affiliates or group companies, you agree to indemnify the Company and/or such affiliates or group companies for all damages as determined and notified by the Company. Such indemnification does not limit the Company’s right to take legal action.

9. Limitation of the Company’s Liability

You agree and acknowledge that if you use TrueVisions NOW and suffer any loss or damage to image, reputation, property, or any other damage arising from your negligent or intentional act or omission, or any act or omission of any person, or force majeure, or any cause beyond the Company’s control, the Company shall not be liable for any such damages.

10. Miscellaneous

You agree and acknowledge that:

These Terms and Conditions for use of TrueVisions NOW shall be interpreted and governed by Thai law.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

The Company may revise these terms and conditions from time to time and will notify you or announce them via the Company’s channels.

The package prices above include VAT 7%. After payment, Users will have continuous viewing access for 30 days, starting from the date and time the payment is successfully completed. Users agree and acknowledge that the system will automatically renew and charge the selected package fee via the payment method chosen by the User. If the User wishes to terminate the service, the User must cancel in advance in accordance with the conditions and method prescribed by the Company.

For packages that include partner app viewing privileges, Users may access iQIYI, WeTV, and Viu via the application or channels specified by the partner service providers after successful purchase and payment. Access methods, terms of use, and policies of the partner applications, including the provision of partner content, shall be as determined by each partner and are not related to the Company.

If the User cancels a TrueVisions NOW package that grants partner application viewing privileges, the viewing rights for partner applications iQIYI, WeTV, and Viu will be cancelled immediately at the same time.

After payment for TrueVisions NOW is completed, Users cannot request a refund, change channels/services, or transfer the service to another User Account.

Users may view subscribed channels via the TrueVisions NOW application on mobile phones, tablets, televisions, set-top boxes, or other channels and devices as determined by the Company, depending on the terms and conditions of each package.

Users cannot use TruePoints to pay for TrueVisions NOW service fees.

Users may sign in using their User Account on various devices to access TrueVisions Now on up to a maximum of 10 devices and watch content concurrently on up to a maximum of 4 devices, subject to the subscribed package (as specified in Clause 3) and content/program type as permitted by the copyright owner or lawful rightsholder. For example, certain content/programs may be accessible on up to only 3 devices and may allow concurrent viewing on only 1 or 2 devices.

Channels, content, and programs on TrueVisions NOW are provided according to the subscribed package as determined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel channels and the number of channels without prior notice, as determined by the copyright owner or the party granting rights to such content/programs/channels.

Partner application viewing privileges included in the package may be changed or cancelled, as determined by the Company or the relevant partner application providers.

If the Company detects unlawful use of the service or use that may cause any damage to the Company, the Company has the right to immediately cancel this service.
