• What is the differences between the new packages and the old ones?

  The new TVS NOW packages are designed to better meet customers' needs, offering more flexible access to quality original and exclusive content at more affordable prices. Users can now choose how many screens or devices they want to stream on. 
  • Packages are now split by content type – Sports and Entertainment – making it easier to choose based on your viewing interests. 
  • More pricing options – Starting at just 99 THB, you can enjoy a wide range of content including movies, series, variety shows, and popular cartoons. 
  • More value at lower prices – Premium content that used to be available only in high-tier plans (e.g., Golf in NOW MAX at 2,155 THB) is now included in more affordable packages (e.g., NOW SPORTS at 699 THB). In comparison, the older packages combined both sports and entertainment in one bundle, with less pricing flexibility

• Are there differences between the three NOW ENT price tiers?

  All NOW ENT tiers offer the same core content: 2,000+ shows, 30,000+ hours of viewing, 24 channels, and trending vertical videos (Shorts). The difference lies in screen access and number of free partner apps: 
  1) 99 THB – Watch on 1 mobile screen 
  2) 199 THB – Watch on any 1 device + includes popular Chinese series from iQIYI (worth 318 THB) 
  3) 299 THB – Watch on 2 devices + includes top contents from iQIYI, WeTV, and VIU (worth 596 THB)

• Can I switch from my current plan (NOW POP / PLUS / PRIME) to a new one?

  Yes. You can switch plans by: Go to TrueVisions NOW app > Profile > Account Settings > Change Package > Select new plan & make payment. 
  **Note: 
  - If the new package is more expensive, the system will charge only the price difference (prorated) and upgrade immediately. 
  - If the new package is cheaper, the switch will take effect after your current package expires.

• How can I subscribe to the new packages?

  You can subscribe via the website: https://truevisions.co.th starting from August 1, 2025, and watch via the TrueVisions NOW app only.

• Are the new packages available on TrueID?

  The new packages are only available through the TrueVisions NOW app. You can watch via smartphone, smart TV, tablet, TrueID box, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung, LG, and Hisense. Just download and register on the TrueVisions NOW app to start watching.
