Synopsis
Tsukioka Mikoto (Fukumoto Riko), a nurse at a small hospital in Azumino, meets a new resident, Katsura Shotaro (Sugou Araki), whose love for flowers and somewhat unusual behavior leave her puzzled. Yet Shotaro remains calm and outspoken even before senior physicians, gradually drawing Mikoto’s interest. In a regional hospital facing an aging society, his ideals begin to clash with those of his mentors over life-prolonging treatment and end-of-life care, as new challenges confront them both.
